Services - Monthly

Cool Water Complete Pool - This is our highly recommended full service plan. This is ideal for most clients because we do all the work and you just relax and enjoy the pool!

Monitor and adjust the chemical balance of the pool;
Empty and clean pump basket and skimmer basket(s) as needed;
Clean filter cartridge as needed (no less than once a month);
Brush pool walls and steps, and scrub tiles as needed;
Skim pool surface to remove debris;
Thoroughly vacuum the pool floor as needed;
Check equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly.

Open Air Pools: Prices start at $80 per month*.
*exact price is determined by pool size, landscaping and location

Cool Water Additional Services -

Spa Service Includes:

Monitor and adjust the chemical balance of the spa;
Clean filter cartridge and skimmer as needed (no less than once a month);
Skim spa surface to remove debris and check equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly.

Fountain Service Include:

Monitor and adjust the chemical balance of the fountain;
Empty and clean leaf basket (if any) as needed;
Skim fountain surface to remove debris and vacuum, brush, scrub, and clean fountain walls as needed.

Stand-Alone Spa: $20-$30 per month* (added to pool monthly service fees)
Attached Spa: $5-$15 per month* (added to monthly pool service fees)
Fountain: $5-$15 per month* (added to monthly pool service fees)

If you do not have a pool, service fees for water features starts at $50 per month. Exact price is determined by size, landscaping and location.

Other Water Features?
If you have a waterfall or another type of water feature not mentioned above, we can also clean and maintain that feature. Please CONTACT US for exact pricing.

NOTE: Cool Water will coordinate and/or refer you to our affiliates for all equipment malfunctions, repairs, refinishing, and heater needs. In addition, we can purchase all necessary parts and resell them to you -- often at lower prices than you would pay at a pool supply store -- and installation is included!
